Prenda Partners Privacy Notice

What we collect about you

• Your name, email, mobile number, city or province, and how you heard about us.
• The version and time of the Program Terms you accepted.
• Later, for payouts: your payout method and account, TIN if you give it, and a government ID for verification.

Why

To run the Partner program: review your application, credit referrals to you, calculate and pay your earnings, prevent fraud and invalid ad activity, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

What you see about pawnshops

Only business-level information about the pawnshops you referred: shop name, city, plan, and whether it paid and posted. Owners’ personal contact details, IDs and payment details are never shown to Partners, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to partners@prenda.ph. Some records, such as payouts, must be kept for as long as tax law requires.
